That picture express determination, and memories. It shows how the runners try their best to win in a World Competition to show people that they have talent, and they are proud of what are they representing: their country.  I selected that pictures because it makes me feel very proud of Javier Culson, because he is letting know to the world that Puerto Rico have talent and no merely is an island were the criminality is going up every day.  

So when I keep staring at it, I feel his passion for what he is doing to make his best for himself, and his island. That passion is making history around the world, and in our country. His determination is expressed when he doesn’t stop what he likes just because his own country makes fun of him. Also in a personal way, for one moment I rarely felt a different emotion that I have reserved for me since a lot of time. That emotion could be sadness or melancholic, because it reminds me when I used to dance. I traveled through many states representing Puerto Rico, and also I competed at the International Folklore Dance Competition, in Palma Mallorca España in 2007. Then, that picture takes me in a flashback when I was in stage competing for my country with 49 different groups from around the world and we won 5th place. It’s awesome how a picture can take you in the past, and that’s how I have to describe it.

Many times in our lives we have to know that life is changing with the passage of time. Many different opinions are changing, and many other doesn't. The "M" word...Marihuana, the one that can afraid many people, and makes very happy to other. Starting to describe the pros and cons of this issue, I found it very interesting to know what people have to say about it. 


The main point of the pros of Marihuana is: it doesn't create addiction or dependence, they explain that Marihuana produces relaxation and you can quit at any moment of using it; like many people says World Peace, Hippies, the '70's, etc one of their arguments is that this plant produces no violence of any kind; and finally they offer you this idea that Marihuana is a good way to treat many terminal diseases. As I said, this is the main point that the defender of Marihuana use to try to persuade people to vote for the legalization of this plant produced by Mother Earth. By the other side, there's a large group of conservatives against this kind of approbation. They say that: first of all, it makes immediate effect that are longer than the alcohol; it can make you suffer about mental/brain diseases that could ruin your life; and finally, a low sexual capacity, because they argue that men's testosterone is decreasing with the use of Marihuana. This issue is very important in Puerto Rico, because we represent our society, our values, and our future. So, starting from this point I think that yes, it's a discussing that should take the time to analyze the different ways it could take in a future and its effect on our society, that right now is not as well as we want. 

What is in game here is our present, and future of our society. Both opinions have their point and we have to respect each of them. It's important because we have to let each person express what they feel, what they want and what do they expect of Puertorican's leaders that are defending a movement of this quality. Of course here is some very historical point if they approve it. Puerto Rico will be on the list of countries that try something different to the benefits of some, and the frustration of another, but there's always  discrimination with some group.

There's no better feedback than this. Now, I realized that I need to make some research about English Grammar Skills. Altough we have been studying English since second grade, we are mostly spanish speaker so it could be very difficult when we start again to write in English. So now, what it's important here is that now that I now how my English is, I MUST work on it. 

After going viral on the Internet, "UPR's Girls Homo Family", I realized that a lot of readers have something to say about it. First of all, this is not a response to the comments of all my readers. That's just not my type. Because I believe that there's something called "Freedom of Speech", under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, and the Constitucion of ELA (Puerto Rico), under the Article II, Sec. 4, I decided to create this post to create a free space to express yourself. I already had a lot of feedback about grammar, and I'm kinda over the whole thing, so I want you to make emphasis about the context.

Angel. 

Life is full of joy, sadness, and a lot of feelings that we will feel during our lifetime. This journey is like a train on his trial, and it's what I call "Train of Life". It has a lot of departures, and arrivals stations, but no returns. When we born, each of us have our own departure station, and there's some special person waiting for us: our family. We are wrong thinking that they will be with us every time, because like us they have their own arriving station. During this trip we will feel a lot of feelings like happiness, angry, regrets, freedom, and much more that I want you to feel by your own. I've been in a lot of different situations that made me the person that I am today. But, with many starts, and lost in my life I always say that I prefer to complement my journey, in this train, with music. 

Music, as the "frienemy" of feelings, can turn you up, but at the same way it can make you feel like a completely mess. I believe that returning to think in your breakthroughs, and breakdowns will make you grow as a person, and definitely will make you receive it, feel it and let it go, to keep going on with your life. This is the main reason that I'll make a list of the moments of my life that have impacted my life since I remember, chronologically.

#1: From my first love: "Big Girls Don't Cry" - Fergie. 

We all know that when we fall in love for the first time, that feeling it's going to be with you forever. It's the love that you won't forget no matter what happen, no matter if your feelings already have changed, but be careful because it could make you doubt, even if you are in other relationship with someone else. So this is the reason that I remember this song every time, because it reminds me my first couple when I started High School. He dedicated to me the day that we decided to be together in a formal relationship. 

#2: Love, love, love...Always running away of me: "Si fuera facial" - Obie Bermudez. 

After all the first DRAMA, with my first couple, Life brought me another shot of love. This time, harder than the first one, because things was serious. After all the things we were together, he decided to disembark the train leaving me without any explanation. So this song is a response for him from me, because I didn't have the opportunity to express what I felt when he left. 

#3 Forgive. Reborn. Live: "Valio la pena" - Pedro Capo. 

From a very special moment in my life, this song made me feel free of wrong thoughts about my father. Since meeting, and sharing with the singer of this song, I have to say that his song definitely changed my life. Now, getting a little personal, my relationship with my dad have never been so close, but it is because of his work. Thanks to his song, and another things happening at the same time, I feel free from those feelings that were killing me on the inside. As a result, I feel very grateful, and now I understand why my dad doesn't spend time with us. Because working for what we want is his way to show us how much he loves us.

#4 Forgive. Reborn. Live: "Yo te esperaba" - Alejandra Guzman.

In some point of my life, I learned to get out from me the idea of "Perfect Mom or Perfect Dad". After all the angry, maybe some unconformity, and a lot of questions I finally took it away from my life. I learned to forgive the hurtful words used from my mom, and my dad maybe in moments of angry, fury or madness. So that's why this song represents their unconditional love to me, in many ways letting me know that there's no regrets, because everything happens for a reason and each of us have our own process of life. 

#5 Forgive. Reborn. Live: "Sentirme Vivo" - Emmanuel.

I have no doubt that we are our own worst enemy in life. We are the owners of our actions, and we decide what to do, what we give, to see what we receive. That's how universe works, leaving you the opportunity the decide what to do. This song represents my own forgiveness. Forgiveness of my bad throughs, bad decisions, and bad actions that made the person that, I was sure, I really wasn't. 

#6 Forgive. Reborn. Live: "Abrazar la Vida" - Luis Fonsi. 

This time the universe, my guardian angel, and the whole court of angels gave me another "Shot of Life". Please, don't think I tried to kill myself. What I meant is that I wasn't being transparent, honest, and loyal with myself. So that's how this song came into my life. It showed me a message that I didn't get it before, and it's that you have just one chance of life to live, and there's no other. 

#7 Forgive. Reborn. Live: "La Fuerza del Amor" - Miriam Hernandez. 

This song reminds me how love is possible to break anything, and how my trip in the train was getting interesting. People coming, and people going out. But, no matter if there was no one, or different people get in, Love is the Medicine. Take a time to reflect on it, and I invite you to meditate if could love do that? 

#8 Forgive. Reborn. Live: "One Love" - David Guetta Ft. Estelle. 

Since I discovered that Love is the cure for any problem, and being hurt, but I moved on, I decided to do what someone did for me once: help others. This song definitely moves my life. It lets me know that I can help others, at the same way that someone did with me. That's what this song mean to me and it's: Pay it Forward. 

#9 Love Returns: "Love you like a love song" - Selena Gomez. 

After missing love in my life, it came back. Like all the times at the beginning it was amazing... long kisses, long duration calls, lot of tachycardia, and... more! This song shows me how I felt in love after my reborn. It shows me what I forgot: what was love about, and why I selected to feel in that moment. This time with a different point of view about life, love and relationships, I decided to give me the opportunity to feel what this love was turning to. But, life gets sometimes complicated, so with another disembarkation, again that seat for love remained empty. So this song, with a lyric about love, and relationships, reminds me all those feelings that I felt in that moment. 

#10 Crazy. Stupid. Love: "Please Don't Leave Me" - Pink!

Love sometimes goes crazy. Mostly without knowing, but crazy. There's different kind of love, and the couple relationships, could be the worst or the easier. It will depends on how you look at it. So in a moment to save my relationship, I did whatever he asked me. But as a result It didn't work. This song explains what I was feeling when I was in that situation. Sometimes in a funny, or in a bad way, but at the end wasn't the best. But knowing this, I decided to stay. 

#11 Toxic Relationships: "Diet Montain Dew" - Lana del Rey. 

Like the song says, "You’re no good for me, Baby you’re no good for me" referring to the Diet Mountain Dew as a relationship that Lana del Rey had, this relationship wasn't good at all. So this song explains how was exactly my relationship in that moment, and why I decided to leave. 

#12 The Superhero Song: "Ya te olvide" - Yuridia. 

After a breakup there's no better place to go than "El Vidys". There you will feel what you pretended you weren't feeling. So that's how I felt in love with this song. Helping me to survive the Armageddon, Yuridia with her song, reminds me that I don't need someone by my side to know that I can do it better by my own. I strongly recommend it. 

#13 Post-Apocalytic: "Bulletproof" - La Roux. 

This time ready for everything, I can't wait to see how life is going to treat me. Love, Friendship, Relationship, no matter what could be, this time like this song, I'm Bulletproof. After all I've been through, now I could say that I have the tools to deal with situations presented in life. 

#14 At the end, it's just you: "Who you are" - Jessie J 

Maybe sometimes we could go crazy, trying to do some things that aren't who we really are, to impress others. So this song is very important to me because every time I listen it, I say to myself that there's no situation bigger than me, only if I allow it. So that's why is very important to keep who you are, because at the end no one will care how we feel, but we definitely will think about it. 

#15 Long Live Angel: "Moment 4 Life" - Nicki Minaj. 

This song is everything for me. I feel that every moment that I lived, I want to live it forever. It's good to thing about keep things and forgetting about life, but we have to learn how to let it go too. This song expresses how hard I've work to be who I am right now, and who I'm sure I will be in a future. 

After a little trip in the past, I feel how life pass very fast without letting us know. And that's the reason that I invite you to reflect in how are you living, and who are you becoming with your actions, because there's more people in your same train that could be affected or grateful with your actions. Think in who you don't want to be, who you don't like to talk, because it's not of your liking. But you know what, that person could definitely need to learn something from you and vice versa. So take a risk, fear is going to be always with you, but you can learn how to manipulate it. 

In a recent investigation by Gabrielle Thurin "A Collegiette's Classified UPR Men", she defined all the different types of guys in the main campus divided by schools. As the most recent and funniest investigation I've ever read I have to say that I enjoyed every minute of it. Actually I totally agree with her, saying that UPR's Men, all have something interesting... With a humoristic and ironic tone she goes school by school to classify the boys. 

Or maybe in a psycho way, she felt so lonely without having a boyfriend that she decided to go to one of the most diverse places in Rio Piedras: a Thursday night at the "refugio". With a  lot of beers and a "chichaitos" in hand, trying to get a number but she was probably ignored, she decided to get revenge of the guys that ignored her. So that's why she spent her time trying to get the information that she used to make her investigation, I'm kidding... a bit. LOL. But the point here, is that in representation of men in UPRRP, I will respond her back discussing of UPR girls: 

Homo Biatch Family: Most of these are going to have an MD or will still living on daddy's money. They hope to find a rich man to marry in the future. 

1. Naturales: She is the most craziest biatch of the UPR. Anti-social, cocky , and don't even try to talk to her unless you have money or you are going to do her lab work for the class. They always go stunning to the university from head to toes as the general rule, but they have their exception. 

2. ADMI: Like their sister from Naturales they are very proud to hold the second place in the Craziest Biatch Family at the UPR. They are the kind of girls that you will always see with their office dresses. Those girls are the ones that you will see on a Thursday night in "Brava", hanging out with her boyfriend the homo cabronus fichu. They always have an oral presentation. Mostly organized, with some skills.

3. COPU: The little sister of the Craziest Biatch Family has been spotted trying to go up in the chart. But as the future journalists, writers,or producers of Puerto Rico they think the world is theirs. They don't have space in their very small faculty for you unless f you are very very loud, and have a good interpersonal relationships' skills. 

Homo Trashy Family: Although their wardrobe isn't cute I enjoy a conversation with them. These girls know how to talk...

1. HUMA: This faculty has 2 kinds of girls. One is the famous lover of weed, spending their time at the theater smoking, smoking, and smoking, having their "time of their life" forgetting about their undone homework. In the other side, they are the ones from the Art Department: dancers, actresses, and painters they are walking with their Platform Flip Flops with her huge BAG in her hand with a pose, walking around pretending they are an artists. These two types of girls have a different kind of personality, but what they share in common is that no matter what, they have the worst wardrobe, and the worst hair stylist in Earth. 

2. Sociales: Talking of ideologies, politic, and MARX they spend their morning on trying to get the first spot on the trashy contest. 

Homo WHATEVER Family: Are mostly immature, insecure, and boring. 

1.  ESGE: Bubblehead: A really really dumb person that when you ask them a question, they respond with the opposite of what you are asking. I just want to tell them in class: SHUT UP! 
 
2. Education: Birth Chart 11,26 nacimientos/1,000 habitantes.

3. Arquitectura: Too far to walk there. Fun Fact: Don't know anyone from there. 


To finish my humble opinion of my dear and lovely mates, I have to say that this is based on a general rule. I'm not bullying, so If this post offends you, I apologize. It's not my purpose so just pretend that you are the exception to the rule, and doesn't apply to you. After all, these girls represents the best of our society, the ones who attend the best Campus ever, so they deserve my respect. 

As a dancer, music is one of my other passions. When I was dancing I always tried to have my IPod everywhere I go, practicing new step, but with my own music style. While the time has passing I have to say that a lot of artist has been on my favorite list, but for today I may say that I have great ones. What an artist needs to inspire me they need to be a good performers, a great singers, and show me that they are stronger than anything to make me feel that they deserve my attention. What makes my favorite top 3 very special to me is that every of them make me feel in a different way. Their style, music and lyrics always bring a different part of me that I've discovered. And all of they have different kind of music that is very important to clarify.  For example I use they as a good training list, other as a romantic/depressive mood, and/or a happily ever after’ way. After this I have to say who are my favorites TOP 3, and they are: Lana Del Rey, Britney Spears, and Florence and the Machine.

As a seniority way in my Top 3 I have to start with Britney Spears. Britney Spears is more commercial, pop style, who is known as a great performer than a good singer. She started to be on my Top 1 since I can remember. Her style, songs and dancing inspired me to be a dancer when I was younger. After all her drama, I need to say that I admire her because she is the very alive example of personal growth. Her dancing energy makes me feel happy and inspires me to continue dancing every time.  Also is a great one to play when you go to the gym. I, unfortunately, have never been at her concert. But I dream to assist to her new performance in Las Vegas.

As my TOP 2: Florence and the Machine. Florence and The Machine made her fame as an “Adult Alternative Pop/Rock, an Alternative/Indie Rock, and a Pop singer." [i] I love her since she released her song “Dogs days are over.” Her way to sing and her voice are very unique. No matter what she sings, you will always recognize her voice. Her relevance to me is that she has known how to grow in an environment that is very difficult to break with the stereotypes. As I said before, she makes me feel that life is one, and you have to live it up as long as you can. Her powerful songs inspires me and bring out the best of me. There’s no better than listen to “Dogs days are over” in a Road Trip in Puerto Rico, a sunny day, driving a Jeep with a cold beer in your hand, BELIEVE ME! (But watch out the cops). As I know I never heard that she did a concert in Puerto Rico, and if she did I’m a terrible fan, but I love her. "Florence writes her best songs when she’s drunk or has a hangover, because that’s when the freedom, the feral music comes, creating itself wildly from the fragments gathered in her notebooks and in her head."[ii]
 
And the most recent entrance on my TOP 3 its Lana Del Rey. “Lana Del Rey style is more Atmospheric, Orchestral, Retro-’60-sounding pop that showcases her touchy image and sensuously husky singing style.”[iii] Since I listened to her at her album debut of Born to Die I cannot stop listening to her. She’s now as part of my life. I have heard all of her songs, and definitely she touches hearts. What I love from her is that she puts a lot of passion to her lyrics, her voice impresses everyone, and the way she films every video in a ’60 time kill me every time. Depending of the song, she makes me feel in a different way, but all of her songs is about relationships, love, breakups, and hope. 

Because never its enough to know about something or someone, I want to introduce some fan pages about my favorites artists. 

Lana Del Rey: 

1. Official Website: After looking at her official site, I have to say that I feel disappointed of it. I expect more of the website than the others. It only offers you her biography, explaining her trajectory, news about her life, discography, videography, a very limited gallery pictures of her and an online store who is not working properly. I waited from this webpage more of her, and definitely it isn't user friendly. I got lost trying to understand her links, so definitely she should call me to redesign her website. 

2. Lana del Rey Fan Page: This was my favorite website of her that I found. It provides you a lot of different stuff to know about. After showing you her songs, videos, and biography. What I found interesting was that they give you her tattoos and her personal quotes (not from her lyrics). 

3. Lana del Rey Fan Page 2: This fan site have a very unfriendly site. They have a mix of sites together and they just show you a wall post to leave comments about Lana Del Rey. Also, they have a Quiz for the Fan that is very entertaining. And finally they offer you a space for writers to give they the opportunity to write about your favorites artists. 

Britney Spears:

1. Official Website: Actually her page have a count down of her new album, and they are not showing anything, but for the records I want you to look at it and subscribe. 

2. Britney Spears' Fan Page 1: BreatheHeavy.com is one of Britney's Fan. He had run this website since he was 16 years old. It's one of the most visited fan sites from the singer. Their main function is to track everything is Britney doing. Her shootings, new releases and where is she staying, and more. It's very useful if you want to know what is going on with her right now. 

3. Britney Spears' Fan Page 2: World of Britney is a very complete fan page. They have since her information from her beginning until now. Backgrounds, ALL her lyrics, and a gallery that you can enjoy of Britney. 

Florence + The Machine:

1. Official Website: As a completly and nice designed website, Florence + The Machine offers you a place where you can find anything of her. Since news, concerts schedules, videos, gallery and blogs to post about her and make request. Also she have an online store, having diverse things for her fans. 

2. Florence + The Machine Fan Page 1: Very user friendly website, who promotes her career, images, and her current and future projects. Tracking her everything, letting you know what is she doing right now about her life and her music. 

3. Florence + The Machine Fan Page 2: This website have the latest photos, news, videos and more, but in a very limited way. They dont have enough information about her, but the pictures are one that you could really enjoy. 

What I've learn from my favorite artists is what they like, and what they don't. I feel closer now because I can right now understand what they have been to and their effort to be what they are right now. I have to say that the ethernet in this moment, and probably in a longer time, is a very important way to the artist to publish their works to make more fans, and to be a worldwide singer and not to be comfort with just being a local singer. If they continue selling their image in the ethernet they will still having a good fame to enjoy. But as everything in life, it have their good and bad consequences. It will depend on how you behavior in your life. And that's why very important to the artist to make a good impressions to their public to keep they happy, because one bad move could end with their careers. 

In my opinion I think that those 3 artist are great, and they now how to make a good performance/sing. Many people or friends could disagree, because they will probably have a different opinion of mine. For example, they say that Britney it's a crazy person that make drama to get attention; Lana Del Rey for they could be an old style singer that doesn't make good stuff; and Florence they will probably think that she is very weird about her style, and songs. But what is important here to sustain is that the rainbow have a lot of different color, and so the opinions. That's what makes life beautiful, and I enjoy it. And finally I have to say that I feel very proud of every artist in this world, because as a dancer I know the effort that it requires to be a good performer, and no ones see that.

There's a lot of things happening right now in our world. Some people take cares of somethings and other, doesn't. That's the main reason that I would love to create a philanthropy to help people, and make a better place of our home "Mother Earth". I'm the kind of person who thinks that adults have already made their decisions and its gonna be difficult to change it. That's why my main focus on my organization it's gonna be with children.

I strongly believe that if we educate children in a different way, we could save this planet. They are the future of this nation, and that's why if we focus on they we will have a better place to live. And by this I'm not meaning the school education that they are receiving already. That's just part of it. It will focus on a place that will help kids with: 

• Moral Education in every school of Puerto Rico: this program will teach  children what is good and what isn't. It's gonna be a link between the organization and the public/private school of the country. It doesn't specially need to be refereed to any particular religion. The focus here is to teach the student's what is proper to do and what is not. 
• Individualized Psychological Services for every student: many people in this world, and I meant a lot of, don't really ever go to a therapist or psychologist in their life. That's why if we take children from the beginning to receive that kind of help, they will feel safe from anything that could happened in the past. With that they will be free from that terrific things that could happened to him. And finally he will feel confident in every way of their life.  
• Fraternity Program between Parents and Sons: Relationships between parents and sons is very important to create an atmosphere of fraternity, confidence and family. Its going to put they together in a way that let they now that is very important to have a relationship for the good of both. This will clarify problems, different opinions and ideas to help they to get understood in every situation. 
• Providing food services and items of need: we all know that poorly is knocking a lot of people's door. This is the main reason that will let people feel relieved, and know that they have someone who support they every time. 

What makes difference from the different organizations that already exist is that they already don't get focus on children, individualized programs or they are not obligatory for every children in the country. Actually, this program will be created as a law from the Congress (written and directed by me) to be authorized and developed as a non-profit organization for the residents of Puerto Rico. They will bring the resources to the organization by law and is mandatory the availability of parents, and there's no going to be excused because there will be a licence who exclude day to work for the appointment at the non-profit office. The reason that i made this link with the government it's because I'm interested in being a Senator of Puerto Rico in the future. And I strongly believe that it could happen, we just need to change out politic's point of view that is not working right now. Let's make it work.

Synopsis: 

The history takes place on LA, California. It's based on a gay couple who fall in love but from the beginning it's difficult to be together because of many personal issues of both. It starts with the main character Angel (Jesse Williams). He is a pre-law student who have his own life, live by his own but still depending on daddy's money, who actually doesn't know that he is gay. He quite dancing to start focus on his studies at LA, California. At the same time he met Francisco (Ryan Gosling), a super busy lawyer, very conservative, and who doesn't want to come out the closet because his very professional and personal issues. They have their very similar things: a supportive mother, a very busy and old fashion father, and their relatives who could know or suspect about each of both.  

Angel, scared to felt in love with the lawyer, is willing to take the risk to be with him. Spending their time together the lawyer told him that he isn't ready for that kind of relationship yet. Trying to wait if the lawyer changes his mind he try to move on meeting a new guy looking for a shot of love.

After the Karma manifest, with the passage of time, the lawyer proposes Angel to move to DC with him to have their life together. But at this point Angel have a recent relationship, who isn't that strong because Angel still in love with Francisco. Then Angel come back to Francisco and start trying to make it work, but it isn't that good. Angel realized that Francisco still the same person since he left him.

After many months trying to be together, between their fights and issues, Angel realized that the lawyer's circumstances are bigger than his-self and he wont change. Then he decided to move on, spending his energy in try to reconnect with his self and goals, waiting for the love of his life.
